Corum Trapeze
Corums prominence in the watchmaking industry started in 1955 when it was founded by Gaston Ries and his nephew, Renee Bannwart in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The brand showed great potential early on when they became the first manufacture to put out a wristwatch made from a $20 gold piece and also established exclusivity by premiering limited edition watches every year. This business savvy, technological expertise, and visionary approach is prevalent in watches like the Corum Trapeze. Named after its unique trapezoid case shape crafted from steel, it measures 19mm to 40mm and is available with an optional diamond set bezel. The Swiss quartz powered Corum Trapeze displays time function with a seconds subdial at 6 and an optional date and chronograph complication. With its elegant dial and scratch resistant sapphire crystal, the Corum Trapeze is creativity and subtlety at its finest.
